What ContentReach is

ContentReach (contentreach.io) is a pay-per-post API that lets an AI agent or application publish content to a LinkedIn account on behalf of the person or organization that owns that account (the "Operator"). This policy explains what data we collect to make that possible, and how it's used.

Data we collect

• Account data — your email address, used to authenticate you via a one-time sign-in link. We don't store passwords.
• LinkedIn connection data — when you connect a LinkedIn account, we store the OAuth access token, its expiry, and your LinkedIn member ID, so we can publish posts on your behalf. We do not store your LinkedIn password, and we only request the scopes needed to sign you in and post (openid, profile, email, w_member_social).
• API keys — keys you generate to let an agent call our API are stored as one-way hashes. The plaintext key is shown to you once, at creation, and never stored.
• Post and billing records — the content of posts submitted through the API, delivery status, and balance/billing transactions, so we can process payment and give you an audit trail of what was published.

How we use it

Solely to operate the service: authenticating you, publishing posts you or your agent submit, calculating and processing balance/payment, and maintaining an audit log for your own review. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your LinkedIn connection or post content to train models or for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the infrastructure providers required to run the service: Supabase (database and authentication), LinkedIn (to publish posts you authorize), and our payment processor (Stripe) when a paid top-up is made. None of these providers may use your data for their own purposes.

Your controls

You can disconnect a LinkedIn account or revoke an API key at any time from your settings — this immediately stops the connection or key from working. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the address below.
