Terms of Service

The service

ContentReach (contentreach.io) publishes content you or your agent submits to a LinkedIn account you've authorized us to post to. We don't generate, edit, approve, or review that content before it publishes — you and your agent are responsible for what gets posted. By using the API, MCP server, or settings UI, you agree to these terms.

Your account and API keys

You're responsible for keeping your API keys and LinkedIn authorization secure. A key only reaches the LinkedIn account(s) it was scoped to at creation. If a key is compromised, revoke it immediately from your settings — we can't do this for you without your action, since we never store the plaintext key after it's issued.

Acceptable use

You may not use ContentReach to:

• Post to a LinkedIn account you don't own or aren't authorized to post on behalf of
• Violate LinkedIn's own User Agreement or Professional Community Policies
• Send spam, mass-produced low-quality content, or content designed to mislead
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, spend caps, or the content checks described below

Every post is screened for mechanical spam/gibberish patterns before it publishes. We may suspend an account or API key we reasonably believe is being used to violate these terms or LinkedIn's own policies.

Billing and refunds

ContentReach is pay-as-you-go: you prepay a Balance, and each successful post deducts the current per-post rate. There's no subscription and no fee for months you don't post. If a post fails after your Balance was already charged (a delivery failure, not a rejected post), we refund that charge automatically — you are never charged for a post that didn't go out. Balance top-ups are otherwise non-refundable once posts have been made against them.

LinkedIn is a third party

ContentReach integrates directly with LinkedIn's own API under our registered developer app — we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as LinkedIn Corporation. LinkedIn's own terms govern your LinkedIn account and content independent of these terms. If LinkedIn changes its API, revokes access, or takes action against your account, that's between you and LinkedIn — we'll do what we reasonably can to keep the integration working, but can't guarantee LinkedIn's platform decisions.

No warranty, limited liability

ContentReach is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for content published through the API, LinkedIn account actions taken as a result of that content, or losses arising from service interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Changes

We may update these terms or the per-post rate. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date; continued use after a change means you accept it.
